An fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a friendly and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a specialist nursing home based in Mansfield.

This bright and fresh care home is ideally situated in a pleasant area on the outskirts of Mansfield and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities.

The home boast a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both the residents and their families. This service offers a range of fantastic facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, a café and a range of activities for residents to enjoy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a forward thinking and leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes on the outskirts of Mansfield.

The service provides person centred care for older people who are physically frail and provides personalised care packages for a range of care needs, including for people with physical disabilities.

This versatile service also provides care to residents with dementia and challenging behaviour. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to work closely alongside them, ensuring the smooth running of the home at all times.

Person Specification : Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered).

All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in.

Previous managerial or leadership experience is essential for this position.
