Our client, a prestigious UK law firm, seek to appoint a Junior Human Resources Manager, on a full-time, permanent basis.
The wider HR team in London comprises 6 professionals, the total employee headcount in London is 280, and the role will be generalist.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to work collaboratively with the business to help them achieve their strategic goals, through identifying the organisational and people priorities, adopting a responsive, client and solution focused approach and delivering best practice, commercial HR solutions.
The successful candidate will establish themselves as a trusted advisor within the business. The incoming Junior Human Resources Manager will have the support of an HR Adviser and an HR Assistant and will be accountable for a mixture of legal and business services client groups.
Professional Services experience is a prerequisite for this position (law firm experience preferrable) and ideally you will have worked in a senior strategic HR position previously.
