A developing care provider is seeking a Locality Manager for a supported living service in Sheffield. The service provides high quality care for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
They require a Manager who has a track record as a Manager in this sector, who has a sound understanding of the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities.
Reporting to the Registered Manager / Service Manager, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning and delivery of care to the highest standards to the service-users.
To provide a needs led service to service users by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
Salary : £25,000 £27,000 depending on experience
