Job Description :
Our client is a highly successful cloud-based telecoms business expanding their Operations team and are looking for an additional Operations Executive who would also help to support the Customer Service desk.
We are looking for someone energetic, quick at grasping new skills with good written and spoken communications skills, excellent organisation skills and a good understanding of MS Excel.
Attention to detail is a key attribute to have.
Importing & Exporting of customer numbers on our platform
International number porting
Managing of the porting spreadsheet
Working closely with partners / customers and addressing any queries with orders and number ports
Updating partners / customers with order and porting statuses
Addressing any issues with processed orders / ports
Processing of customer orders on Salesforce
Credit checking customers
Procuring hardware from company suppliers
Creating proforma invoices for hardware prepayment
Tracking order and shipments
Managing numbers on Salesforce
Supporting sales team with operations matters
Operating Customer Service desk to respond to customer queries on accounts and orders
