Hours - 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

The DSE Manager will provide support and guidance to the DSE team within HCA. You will have the opportunity to be involved in ensuring the efficient performance of the team.

In this role, you will manage each individual’s performance with their allocated clients ensuring that all obligations of the DSE assessor are fulfilled.

This is an important role, ensuring that the employer is meeting their obligations under the Display Screen Equipment Act 1992.

You will also provide support and advice to both the employee and employer to ensure that the workplace environment is safe and productive

Anatomy knowledge

Previous DSE Assessment knowledge / experience

Ability to work under time pressure and service level agreements

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate effectively and engage / motivate people to make changes to their habits
