An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Systemic Family Therapist to work in Tier 4 CAMHS. The post will be shared across Ancora House (Tier 4 CAMHS General Adolescent Unit) and Cheshire and Merseyside Adolescent Eating Disorder Service (CHEDS), which is a Tier 4 admission avoidance Eating Disorder Service, with use of 4 inpatient beds at Ancora House when admission cannot be avoided.
The Systemic Family Therapist will be a key member of the Tier 4 CAMHS team. Their role will be to work closely with the Senior Family Therapist to provide systemic assessment and intervention within a multi-disciplinary team.
They will participate in the development of systemic assessment and intervention skills through training, supervision, co-working and consultation within the Team.
They will be a specialist resource and contribute their systemic knowledge to the thinking and discussing of cases in reviews and clinical meetings.
We are seeking to appoint a skilled family therapist with a genuine interest in working with young people with complex mental health difficulties and their families and a commitment to delivering specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions.
We are keen to hear from individuals with relevant training and experience.
