About the Role
Our clients operations team is the engine room of the business; our goal is to make our internal processes as efficient as possible, which will ultimately enable us to service our customers better.
They are looking for an analyst to work closely together with one of their operations managers to help with project management, document current processes and analyse large data sets which will inform the business of process inefficiencies and operations project outcomes.
Ability to work and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Creative, ability to think outside the box , with good problem-solving skills
Ability to analyse and understand large, complex data sets and translate findings onto Powerpoint slides
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication
Professional, self-motivated and punctual, with an ability to meet deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail
2 : 1 degree in a numerical field from a reputable establishment
Experience working with SQL considered an advantage
In charge of creating and documenting company policies and business rules
Assist operations manager in project management of current and future projects
Develop a deep understanding of current business processes, spot inefficiencies and provide solutions for optimisation
Analysis of complex data sets which will help the operations team start and complete projects
