A sound creative thinker with a proven track record in leading major global marketing initiatives, the Group Creative Director will be a key team member who develops solid client relations, plans leading edge online strategies, clearly communicates and justifies concepts, directs the collaborative efforts of a group of creative and cross-

Your working ways range from being able to manage and direct large teams, as well as being able to roll up your sleeves to get things done yourself.
As such, you possess a strong working knowledge of current standards and benchmarks in experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process is essential to performing this challenging role.

You will :
Drive the strategies that address customer needs and business goals across digital channels, facilitate brainstorming, mentor your team, collaborate with partners and sell your vision to clients.
Contribute creative solutions and innovations that strengthen the Critical Mass brand and market leadership position.
Develop & deliver innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities.
Promote continual improvement and a culture of excellence and accountability through driving :
Perform strategic account planning with senior management in vertical marketing groups.
Conceive and create experience design solutions that fulfil strategic business objectives.
Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project stakeholders.
Lead and partner with multidisciplinary teams including all creative disciplines, strategy, technology, planning, account and program managers, partners, clients and more.
Provide regular team leadership and constructive feedback on all accounts in the business unit.
Continually improve Creative Department methods, problem solving models and best practices.
Proactively manage the success of production scope, schedules and budgets.
Engage & inform practice leads from Strategy, Marketing Sciences, Technology, SEO, Research and Analytics, Usability, and Quality Assurance departments to maximize results and ensure client and user satisfaction.
Support and lead human resource initiatives with a focus on performance management, training and mentoring.
You have :
Fundamental passion for all things design, digital, social, UX, innovation and an eagerness to collaborate with others, acting like a champion to install that same passion in them.
Strong design portfolio with 8+ years visual communication education, 8+ years design / marketing / communications interactive work experience, 8+ years art direction experience.
Solid understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial reality.
Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
Experience developing Internet commerce, electronic marketing and online brand management and integration, with demonstrated results.
Experience leading strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution.
Leadership experience in user-centered design, including user profiling and usability methodologies.
Proven success rationalising concepts and effectively selling to clients.
Ability to think creatively against demanding deadlines with acute attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and related mediums.
Strong written and verbal communication skills our native playing field is English, but our clients and colleagues are from all over the world.
Mastering a second (or third) language is not a must, but an excellent trait to possess.
Effective and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial management along with P&L accountabilities.
Natural leadership skills with experience guiding large development teams (10+).
Strong organisational abilities, including time and resource management.
Leadership abilities that foster learning and excellence among team members.
