Overview :

The D365 Support Analyst will work alongside the permanent First Line support team during a period of high demand in both D365 F&O and D365 CE.

Keeping track of issues raised through the IT Helpdesk, the analyst will be responsible for user maintenance, purchase and expense troubleshooting, including workflow, sales and marketing support, project management accounting support, supply chain support, project management accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Work as part of a team providing first line support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems globally
  • Keep track of issues through the Corporate Helpdesk
  • Data entry and validation as required
  • Document new fixes and share knowledge within the support team
  • Adhere to company Data Protection and Information Security policies
  • Personal Attributes :

    The D365 Support Analyst will possess :

  • Experience of systems admin and support of D365 F&O and / or D365 CE
  • Experience of Helpdesk systems
  • A solid background in IT systems
  • Degree level qualifications
  • Proven analytical mindset
