The Role
Veeva Oncology Link consultants manage, create, and deliver high-quality bespoke projects for global oncology pharmaceutical clients.
In this problem-solving and client-facing role, you will utilize Veeva’s gold-standard scientific oncology data to optimize customers’ operations and support medical and brand strategies.
In an exciting and faced-paced environment your work will include analyzing and generating insights from oncology data, project management, managing client relationships, and leading customer training sessions.

What You'll Do
Ensure customer success for Veeva Oncology Link
Support medical and commercial teams at oncology pharmaceutical companies and develop strategic working relationships
Analyze Veeva Oncology Link data and create innovative and insightful reports
Present your projects and insights to clients (including regular on-site and remote presentations and discussions)
Deliver value-added consulting services by implementing the most efficient solution to address customer’s business needs and use cases
Build and maintain oncology therapeutic and business knowledge
Communicate with key customers and with internal management
Run Veeva Oncology Link data and software trainings
Run stakeholder prioritization for engagement planning
Accurately track your time, costs, and progress to budgets relating to all your projects
Requirements
A degree in a biological / medical / or other scientific discipline
A higher degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, Ph.D)
At least two years’ experience within Pharma, Consulting, or at a healthcare research agency
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Strong execution skills
Talent and desire for customer-facing activities
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ambition for high-quality and self-motivated work
Highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Experience with KOL data
Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets
Strong familiarity with drug development process and the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of oncology research, therapies, and markets
Enthusiasm for oncology research
