About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to help grow and scale our global team at a pivotal time in the company's expansion
Working closely with global leadership and our People Ops team, you will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team to attract and hiring excellent candidates to join the company
You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility : owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, enhancing employer brand, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience
A key aspect of the role will be translating business priorities into a dynamic hiring plan for which timelines and success metrics are communicated clearly to hiring managers, ensuring this is updated alongside changes within the business
Using data and insights to design, build and implement tailored recruiting strategies for our global company you will achieve best-practice in talent acquisition
Managing our team of Talent Acquisition Managers, you will maintain and grow our recruiting program with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
You will be an active partner for hiring managers, providing subject matter expertise and coaching throughout the hiring process, managing Director and C-suite level roles
You will align closely with your People team colleagues to run initiatives to attract and retain the best talent

5+ years of experience working in internal recruitment for a fast moving and dynamic company ideally for tech, property, or operations teams
Experience managing and motivating a team of internal recruiters
Ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver excellent results
Extremely organized, great at managing time and able to handle multiple priorities
