We are searching for an accomplished Senior Associate (ideally 8+ PQE) to join our successful Pensions team in our London office.

You will be given the tools to continue to develop your career to Partnership, alongside a growing team of well-respected Partners and associates, working on a range of interesting and complex matters on a national scale.
Our Pensions practice is home to over 40 dedicated solicitors, making us one of the largest and most experienced pure pensions teams in the UK.
We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of pensions developments and actively seek to influence UK government policy.
Going the extra mile for our clients takes many forms : actively contributing to all the major UK pensions professional bodies, providing secondments to some of our major clients’ in-
house pension departments, as well as to the Pensions Regulator and the Pensions Protection Fund, and constructively responding to government consultations on proposed policy changes.
We continue to go from strength to strength, having recently been awarded 2018 Legal 500 award for Human Resources (specialist) Firm of the Year’ demonstrating the quality of our practice and our external recognition.
From a local perspective, our London Pensions practice is home to 4 Partners and 5 Associates (ranging from junior to mid-
level experience). We represent and advise trustees and private clients, specialising in a range of industries, such as; utilities, nuclear and automotive to service sectors, finance and local authorities.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility from day one, advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious pensions matters.
You will take ownership of multiple projects and be able to adapt your working style for a broad spread of clients. You will also be relied upon in the everyday supervision our your junior colleagues.
We want to see you succeed in this role so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to represent our firm when meeting clients and enhancing your business development skills.
You will be a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and have a solid background as a Pensions solicitor (ideally be 8+ years’ PQE).
You will be able to demonstrate and have proven experience of owning and managing multiple complex pensions matters. We’re looking for someone with the drive and ability to deliver high-
quality work and take initiative. You will ideally have experience in working on contentious pensions matters.
You will be a confident individual, well on the way to building a strong network of your own, and will be eager to build long-
lasting relationships with existing and potential clients and advisers. Ideally, You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and will work closely with our clients and other advisors so good communication skills are essential.
