Team Coordinators enable teams to focus entirely on the DeepMind mission. This means removing administrative pressures from Team Leads and Programme Managers, resolving issues before they arise, improving processes and adapting to changing priorities in order to provide a seamless experience for our teams.
Reporting into the Central Support Manager, you'll join a fun, fast-paced and diverse community of Team Coordinators that learns and supports one another, sees opportunities for collaboration across the organisation and collectively shares learnings and knowledge.
You will be supported and encouraged in the pursuit of your personal learning and development goals, and given training throughout the Programme.

Main responsibilities :
You can expect to be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks and whilst projects and scope may vary, core responsibilities will include :
Team Operations : Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, organise team activities, socials and off-sites and collaborating with relevant teams for larger scale DeepMind events, such as conferences
Reporting and Tracking : Keeping all documentation up to date and ensuring progress is communicated; end to end Purchase Order, contract and expense processing and troubleshooting
Process improvement : Proposing and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement across administrative and operational processes to grow efficiencies and share knowledge.
Project Coordination : Supporting the rapidly evolving needs of the organisation. Working on strategic priorities; this could be through short or longer term projects, working groups or individual workstreams.
Team Culture and Environment : Enabling a supportive and inclusive environment for your team to thrive. This could be through the effective coordination of a new starter induction or proactively providing important opportunities for the team to connect.
