We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our high performing global ICIS marketing team, where you will be responsible for managing and carrying out regional and global integrated marketing campaigns, creating greater brand awareness, acquiring new business and retaining existing customers.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Develop, execute and track multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
Inform, connect and inspire audiences with a story telling approach to create compelling messaging and narratives, leveraging data and building credibility for the brand
Develop content for data-driven digital communications campaigns, measuring impact, acquiring and nurturing prospects, as well as retaining and growing existing customers
Development and execution of account based marketing campaigns
Ensure smooth campaign implementation by working with the marketing operations team and data analysts
Comfortable using tracking and reporting marketing ROI and KPIs. Confident using analytics to understand campaign results and identify optimisation opportunities
Excellent stakeholder management is essential, as are confident communication skills
Experience of cross-team collaboration is key. Confident working with cross-functional teams, e.g. sales, in order to align activity, recognize opportunities, and deliver against business objectives
Occasional travel to industry events

Hands-on marketing experience and good understanding of all elements of the marketing mix ensuring we deliver the right message, in the right tone through the right channel
Creation of strategic marketing plans, including effective communications approach and mix of marketing channels
Excellent written and verbal communications, including copywriting skills
Project management skills ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work around deadlines
Knowledge on customer buying cycle and strategies and plan activities against each stage of the buying cycle
Reporting and tracking of marketing ROI and KPIs
Comfortable working with the sales department and other key stakeholders and teams
Ability to work collaboratively with global marketing team members
Experience of technologies such as Eloqua, Wordpress, Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Analytics
