I am working on behalf of a very reputable Elderly Service provider that requires a Registered Manager to help the director with their domiciliary care services in Barnet.
The Company :
The company is a large franchise organisation that is continuing to expand quickly. They are now nationwide and have grown especially in the South.
They provide care to both privately funded clients and have contracts with the local authorities. They are leading the way with the high level of quality service they provide in the community.
The Branch / The role :
This particular branch has an experienced Managing Director and it now needs an experienced registered manager to take the branch to the new level.
The Registered Manager will work directly alongside the managing director to grow and develop the business, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, will need to be able to build relationships within the local community, establish key contacts within the care sector.
You will be building a strong team of carers and a strong office-based support team around you. They currently provide 250 hours of care per week and are looking to grow.
There is also the possibility to gain shares in the company and become one of the Directors!
The Person :
You will be a strong manager, registered with CQC and have a proven successful track record with domiciliary branch management within elderly care.
You will have excellent leadership qualities and a desire to work to high standards. You will have proven experience of growing a branch and preferably setting a branch up yourself from scratch.
You will be results and target driven and be motivated by an end of year bonus.
The Salary :
£30,000 £40,000 DOE + bonuses!
