A large UK-Based Software Solution organisation is looking for 2 x IT Software Support Specialist's to join their existing Helpdesk, delivering diagnosis and resolution to their customers across a range of software solutions and multifunctional devices.
Role Responsibilities :
You will be required to provide an exceptional level of remote customer service and support, within an agreed SLA
You will be required to identify Installs / Moves / Additions / Changes and escalate Incidents and Problems to internal colleagues and external developers / vendors where required.
Skills / Experience required :
A strong background in providing excellent customer service is absolutely essential
Previous experience within an IT Support Desk is highly desirable, however a competent individual with relevant proven IT skills and experience will be considered.
Commercial experience supporting Windows Server and Networks, printers is highly beneficial
Any industry qualifications such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE are of great interest
A strong knowledge of ITIL will also be beneficial
