We arecurrently looking for amazing team members who can effectively lead a shift in food& beverage department, deputising for the Team Manager in theirabsence, giving our guests a great time, with memories that last a lifetime.

Ensuring alldaily tasks relating Bar, Team Processes, and Safe & Secure compliance, arecarried out to the required standards.

  • Key Responsibilities;
  • Role Modellingeffective leadership behaviours and our vision and values at all times. Leadsand coaches the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility arecovered, guiding junior team members when needed and escalating issues to TeamManagers when required.

    Supports team through 90-day induction includingcompletion of basic departmental training.

    Takes ownershipof the shift service delivery ensuring all team are guest obsessed.

    Confidentlydeals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathyand understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback inputs into resolution plans aspart of the departmental team.

    Monitorson-shift service and tasks, arranging appropriate resource when needed.

    Achieves andexceeds shift targets and key performance indicators.

    Ensures allteam on shift have the required skills and training required for their role.

    Highlights teammembers with potential to develop to the Team Manager to support ongoing talentdevelopment.

    Completerelevant daily administrative tasks including accurate hours worked recording,safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.

    Manage alldaily Stock Processes, Cash Procedures and Cost Control in the departmentmaximising profit and minimise loss.

    Should hold a FoodSafety qualification.
