About the Role

  • As a Client Director some of your key responsibilities will involve;
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for combined executive compensation offering focusing on equity compensation and governance services as well.

    Work closely with practice leaders across the UK Rewards Solutions team to bring a holistic offering to the market.

    Manage a robust network to develop opportunities for the UK Rewards team specifically focused on the holistic executive compensation offering.

    Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

    Drive thought leadership across our holistic executive compensation offering.

    Create opportunities with various organizations for the UK Rewards technical teams to execute upon.

    Execute on the commercial strategy of the holistic executive compensation offering.

    Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

    As a Client Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

    Experience in the compensation industry, ideally with experience in executive compensation, equity compensation and corporate governance.

    Ability to collaborate well with colleagues in other offices in a fast-paced, consulting environment.

    Listening skills, the ability to develop insightful questions, and identify and implement the appropriate strategy to successfully address the clients issues.

    Written and oral communication skills, for interactions with clients and colleagues.

    Flexibility to work in situations where there is no unique right answer.
