The successful candidate should have great attention to detail, from standards and service to development of your team. Yates York is dependent on a General Manager that can work on the business and its team as well as in the business during those peak sessions.
Well organised and capable of putting together a structured way of working that the team can deliver is an essential skill to be able to deliver sales days of in excess of £20,000.
The successful applicant needs to have a real, hands on approach and a passion for people, sport and late night. An entrepreneurial spirit to help maintain and further push the success of this business, finding new avenues to drive footfall, drive the recovery of late-night post Covid along with the growth of the food sales is essential.
Experience delivering a strong sport offering and late-night destinations would be beneficial, along with a drive to deliver industry leading customer service at all times.
They should also be able to lead and develop a very large team to enable them to grow and reach their potential along with the business.
