Team Description

The role of the Investment and Research Office (IRO) is to help shape the firm's high level investment strategy and asset allocation, oversee portfolio construction, and provide central coverage of a range of investment vehicles.

The team currently comprises 30 people.

Description of role and key responsibilities :

The IRO assistant will be responsible for coordinating the department, liaising with team members and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered and activities are logged.

These activities include :

  • Organising travel and events
  • Coordinating IRO PR and marketing activities with the Marketing team
  • Maintaining our collection of pitch documents and FAQs
  • Logging PA dealing and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating offsites and project work
  • Creating and updating presentations and IRO documents
  • Assisting the CIO in coordinating reporting for committees
  • Helping the team with ad-hoc tasks
  • Core skills and knowledge

  • A very good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Do you have interest in the investment management industry?
  • Do you ability to pick up tasks quickly and work with limited supervision to tight deadlines?
