Our Client is an established supplier of design, manufacture and installation of storage systems into distributors and re-
sellers. As a growing business, they are now looking to appoint a Area Sales Manager to support their growth plans and back fill a position as the result of a recent promotion.
Area Sales Manager Job Purpose
You will be tasked to substantially grow the distributor channel. This will be achieved by the development of relationships with current and new distributors.
It will be key to recognise 'product gaps' where their product is not being used by the distributor and understanding the share of wallet and opportunities at individual distributor level.
Whilst many of the trade distributors will have established trading patterns with our Client. The ability to develop account plans to map opportunities in existing distributors along with the skill to find and develop new accounts and deliver high standards of customer service will be key to a successful career.
