What You'll Do :
Your key-focus areas are :
Business Intelligence and Analytics
We record all our enablement activity through multiple data sets owned by different teams, to differing levels of sophistication.
We are looking for someone who will be passionate about this to build and maintain a data foundation based on a partner landscape, to build business intelligence and insights which are relevant to our partner groups and showcase our impact on the business.
Our audiences include CX and Sales leaders, partner-facing sellers and our own CX leadership.
You will :
Build positive relationships with Regional and Global data owners.
Understand our opportunities and business drivers and use data to build actionable insights from an EMEAR viewpoint down to the theatre level, down to the country level and finally down to the Partner Name, to measure success and compare performance between country groups and partner types.
Analyse multiple complex data sets belonging to several business entities, connect dots between these data-sets and build joined-up dashboards, heatmaps, readouts and reports which explain and highlight CX Partner Enablement business impact through trends and in ways that are meaningful to our partners.
Utilise Cisco tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Tableau to build and display compelling content which wows our partners with recommendations and actions.
Enablement Programme Management
We enable our CX, Sales and Partner parties at scale, using various platforms to deliver virtual and live content. We support this with communications and Digital content.
You will develop holistic enablement plans and ensure they are delivered, utilizing all our routes to market to provide the best enablement experience.
You will :
Develop and deliver enablement plans to meet requirements to enable all our audiences at scale within required project timelines;
Engage and drive cross functional teams to meet timelines and deliverables;
Build and maintain an Enablement Roadmap and Calendar of Events;
Align to Partner segment and build positive relationships with Segment Leads and Regional and Global Partner Enablement peers and vendors;
Lead the migration of our existing internal community pages to SharePoint;
Travel at times to orchestrate events onsite.
Who You Are :
A good understanding of the channel in a B2B environment;
A Senior persona, who is capable of working alone on technical aspects of the role and also collaboratively with other teams to achieve desired outcomes;
Strong planning and analytical skills;
Demonstrated proficiencies in analyzing data and producing thorough and meaningful business insights;
Good mastery of Cisco’s data sources and data sets including Partner Database and HR Headcount reporting;
Understanding of Tableau and underpinning Cisco databases used to create data visualizations;
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Strong project management skills with the capacity to plan and handle simultaneous projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
The determination to gain consensus among others and drive projects forward;
Able to tackle complex problems; define the way around difficult and critical issues, and make sustained recommendations;
A structured approach and pay attention to detail;
Excellent skills in both written and verbal communications, as well as good listening and presentation skills;
An ability to present, communicate and report status and projects to segment leads and nominated partners;
The ability to quickly prioritize your own workload and the demands of projects and partners;
A passion for meeting your partners’ expectations;
Strong decision-making, influencing, and negotiating skills.
Educational Background Recommended :
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10+ years of industry experience.
