SOLUTION CONSULTANT UK

Ivalua is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement solutions globally.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant to join our team in the UK.

The Solution Consultant UK partners with Key Account Managers to shape the customers experience of prospects and existing clients and presents Ivalua’s software solution.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING WITH US

  • Sales support :
  • You are the product expert in the sales process and have a deep understanding of the business and our internal processes
  • You are involved in the response to RFIs
  • You are responsible for the creation of mock-ups
  • Service Guidance
  • You are responsible for the internal hand over and handover to partners
  • Yo are participating in the client kick-off
  • You are highlighting functional lacks
  • You provide new market needs and information on trends in the market
  • You provide feedback on sector specificity : manufacturing, banking, etc
  • You give feedback on REF : configuration issues, business scenario
  • You follow product enhancement
  • You participate in team meetings
  • You provide information / key action in order to win the lead : product features, cooperation with build team and leadership.
  • Highlight need for client references

  • You define project scope and populate quotation file and assist with the SOW
  • You participate in the project kick-off
  • You provide visibility to solution consultant team
  • Frequent trips to Europe are anticipated : In this role you will focus on Northern Europe but could also get involved in supporting other EMEA sales cycles.

    This role is based in our London Office or in-Home Office.

    Skills and Experience

  • A +5-degree qualification (business or engineering school)
  • Significant experience (4+ years) in a customer-facing role with a software company
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and a good understanding of technical concepts and complex software solutions
  • Ability to learn new software solutions fast
  • Knowledge of procurement in a complex sales environment with large companies and multiple contacts, as well as long cycles is an asset.
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills with an additional European language being an advantage.
