TechTarget is seeking

a highly motivated Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the technical onboarding and integrations process for our flagship purchase intent SaaS-based platform Priority Engine.

In this role you will own the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle where the foundation for success is built through data and systems integrations.

As a partner with our Customer Success Managers you will be responsible for quickly assessing each client’s unique business requirements and driving them towards successful outcomes while ensuring fast time to value from their TechTarget investment.

The ideal candidate will be naturally collaborative, articulate, extremely organized and motivated by maximizing customer success and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage customer integrations to successful outcomes and accelerated Time to Value
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals for Priority Engine
  • Educate customers on how to maximize the value they realize out of Priority Engine by reinforcing and motivating them to adopt TechTarget’s best practices for both data and systems integrations
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless, efficient, customized customer onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with internal technical resources to maximize client outcomes
  • Advocate customer business use cases to product management and product development
  • Work with customers on an ongoing basis to further advance their integrations
  • Demonstrate proficiency and subject matter expertise of TechTarget intent data as well as how intent data can be best leveraged within the MarTech ecosystem
  • Design and continually improve processes and materials that enhance efficiency and customer experience during onboarding
  • Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a marketing operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or customer success capacity, preferably as a practitioner of Salesforce
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with a desire to be client-facing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Hands-on project management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with additional marketing technology such as Marketo, Pardot, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO preferred
  • High level of intellectual and technical curiosity
