Hoover Candy, part of Haier Europe, has undergone a major transformation in recent years, which has seen sales revenues increase to record levels.

We have an exciting future vision and are currently recruiting for Project Manager to join our Service team, based in Bolton (BL2 6PU).

The new Project Manager will be responsible for leading on a range of transformational projects within a changing and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of effectively embedding change within an organisation and be able to convert business strategy in to tangible, results focused project plans.

The Project Manager will be customer focused and keen to run projects through the whole project life cycle. This is a really exciting time to join our Service team as we are implementing a range of new systems and processes, so we are keen to receive applications from candidates who have experience of running multiple projects across a variety of functions.

  • Knowledge, skills & qualifications required :

    Essential :

  • Demonstrable project management experience, ideally within after sales, logistics, distribution, warehousing, FMCG.
  • Proven ability to implement multiple structured project management process, ideally based on recognised methodology
  • Experience of managing projects during periods of significant business change / growth.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio).
  • Able to effectively facilitate meetings.
  • Organised, flexible and agile approach.
  • Full, valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Drives scope development and management
  • Develops and manages project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Employs strong organizational skills.
  • Collects and structures the available data impacting the project.
  • Makes timely decisions based on facts, circumstances, and needs.
  • Integrates business goals into the project scope and deliverables.
  • Builds relationships within and outside the team.
  • Effects change and monitors progress.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Understands the commercial drivers of an organisation and can collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that these are achieved.
  • Dependable and committed to consistently achieving project goals.
