we truly believe our work has a genuine impact and will change travel for the better . Purpose of the Role The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and managing the corporate identity of a fast-

growing segment of Trainline.We’re looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and creative marketer to own and drive the brand and content strategy for Trainline’s B2B Business unit, Trainline for Business.

We offer a suite of tools for companies of all sizes to manage business travel and white label technology solutions for Train Operating Companies.

This role will work closely with internal (Product, Content, UX / Design) and external (agency) teams, to scale a fast-growing segment of the business.

You will report into the Head of Growth Strategy and have responsibility for all facets of the marketing strategy from website design and build to driving demand generation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience of building a brand and marketing strategy from the ground up, and wants to take on the responsibility of owning and delivering to ambitious business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities The B2B Marketing Manager will take ownership, develop, and drive a brand and content strategy for Trainline for Business.

Your experience and our customer insights will guide you on creating an effective plan and process to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

You are a data driven growth marketer with a passion to understand the market, customers and competition.· Own and improve Trainline for Business website· Influence B2B content strategy and execution· Own and improve the customer value proposition messaging across all channels· Work with internal (CRM, design, product, legal, analytics) and external (agency) to drive timely execution· Conduct channel optimization and testing direct mail, email, newsletter, partner, events etc.

  • Explore and execute partner campaigns that can amplify demand generation· Work cross functionally with the Sales team to create a detailed demand generation plan that is scalable and affordable· Measure, iterate, improve constantly.
  • Knowledge & Experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Excellent marketing campaign management and delivery skills· Proven marketing experience, preferably within an eCommerce or SaaS business· Ability to manage target expectations and report on KPI’s· Basic html / CSS skills to optimise emails and landing pages is advantageous Person Specification · Hands-
