The Early Help and Preventative Services (EHPS) division provides targeted support and open access services to children and young people aged 0-
25, as well as their families.
You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and partners working in, and accessing, Early Help services within Childrens' Centres.
You will provide guidance and assistance where appropriate, and deliver administrative support for the teams.
We are looking for someone with good IT skills, accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Good keyboard skills and experience of working with spreadsheets, databases and dealing with emails are also required.
You will also need knowledge of confidentiality and data protection procedures.
This post will be based at Caterpillars Children's Centre, Cheriton. However, please note district working is a requirement of this role.
The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential.
