We are searching for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer with specific VC backed high growth experience to drive all marketing activity for an exciting FinTech with visionary and proven Founders.
Reporting into the Founders, the CMO will have ownership over the full stack of B2C brand content and performance marketing remits.

Managing all paid media activity and budget allocation across paid search, SEO, paid social and other channels
Defining channel strategies and managing a continuous, meticulously planned and documented testing plan with a focus on measurement and analysis
Brand and content marketing experience
Delivering consistent channel growth and performance improvements, against key metrics and company targets
Forecasting and deep diving into channel performance, process and operations to identify opportunities and constantly optimise spend and ROI
Developing segmentation and personalisation strategies based on customer profiling, purchase cycle and churn analysis
Own the marketing budget
Experience required :
Worked in a B2C startup, ideally from seed through a series A round and beyond
Deep understanding of online consumer brands and passionate about delivering an amazing, unique experience to users
A proven Performance Marketer, deeply familiar with best practice and performance management of marketing channels
7 years+ of digital marketing experience, highly effective communicator able to clearly present complex and data rich proposals, both in written and verbal form -
happy to present to the board and other stakeholders on a regular basis
Familiar with traditional digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Funnel analytics tools, Mixpanel)
Good excel abilities and comfortability with BI tools, ability to develop formulas and build reports with a meticulous attention to detail
Previous experience of working in a high growth company or start-up environment, specifically B2C.
