As a Project Manager, your journey with us will start with a bang! We need you to take ownership of a set-up project for one of our new International Study Centres within the UK.

You'll need to adopt a hands-on approach, using your first class operational project management skills to move the project forward, ensuring that work streams are progressing, compliance is upheld, and progress reports are delivered to the business.

As the job develops you'll take responsibility for other key projects. You'll work with an array of different people across the business, get to travel, and most importantly, you'll be making a truly positive impact on global education.

Key responsibilities : In this job you'll :

In this job you'll :

  • E nsure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Allocate and coordinate internal and third-party resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Develop project charters (including scope, objectives, deliverables, benefits, resourcing and governance structure), involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans
  • Manage and control changes to project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate progress and issues as required
  • Build and manage effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify, evaluate and manage project risks and issues
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Attributes :

    To do this job you'll ideally have a Project Management qualification, and certainly have significant experience of project management within changing operational environments.

    In addition you'll be :

  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • A good communicator, both written and verbal, confident in developing relationships at all levels
  • Able to lead project meetings including putting together agendas / slide decks
  • Able to prioritise work and work to deadlines
  • Willing to travel within UK (occasional international travel may be required)
  • A flexible and resourceful approach
