Higher Education Study Coach We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated person to provide inclusion support to our degree level students who have a learning difficulty, disability, medical or mental health condition.
You will manage a caseload of students and will provide 1 : 1 mentoring or study skills support to assist them to reach their full potential and achieve their academic goals.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable, and be able to respond to the needs of a diverse set of students.
You will be a graduate yourself, and ideally have experience of supporting students in a Higher Education setting. It will be desirable to have a Level 5 qualification in dyslexia, but if not, a willingness to work towards it.
As this role will involve working across several college sites in any given week, you must have a driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle.
