Our UK Quality Assurance team is looking to recruit a new team member, to provide support for activities including but not limited to : internal audits, onboarding activities, general operations and QA facilitated business unit meetings.

This role would suit a science graduate that has worked in a GxP or other regulated laboratory, or maybe a study coordinator or scientific administrator that is ready to step into Quality Assurance.
This role can be based in either Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
The job will involve :
Maintaining control and account of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, raw data and QA files associated with audit activities within the QA department.
Providing support to compliance group during audits and client visits; providing materials, as needed.
Supporting the collection of quality metrics to support data trending efforts.
Assist the department to ensure that required resources are available for the teams use.
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followed.

Education / Qualifications :
BSc in a relevant discipline.
Experience may be substituted for education.
Experience working in a regulated environment.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to organise and communicate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others.
Ability to deliver consistent high quality of work.
Ability to use computer and departmental tools.
