Fancy having a 3-day long weekend??
We are currently working with a main dealership in the Guildford area who is seeking a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their team.
Knowing that Technicians are hard to find they are trying something new in their approach, they are now offering a 4 day working week to their staff at full money.
Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Hours :
Working up to 4-days from Monday to Friday, standard hours will be 7am to 18 : 30pm, 1-hour for lunch (42-hours per week).
The choice if you want to work the 5th day of the week, this would also be over time rate of time and half!
Saturday rota of 1-in-4 Saturdays (paid at overtime rate of time and half).
Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Package :
Basic salary on offer circa £27,000 £32,000 (does depend on your experience level). Very competitive bonus scheme.
OTE can easily be in excess of £40,000
For this Vehicle Technician / Mechanic position we are looking for someone who :
Has experience as a Technician / Mechanic / Fast Fit Technician
Who has previously worked in an main dealership, independent or local garage
Is looking for continued career progression within a main dealer environment
To have a valid UK driving licence
