Band 7 Staff Counsellor / Psychotherapist 18 month Fixed term contract
An opportunity to join The Staff Support Service at St Georges University NHS Foundation Trust primarily based in Tooting with some flexibility to work from home.
Availability on a Monday and Friday desirable.
We provide core services of counselling, mediation, supervision, and team support. You must be a BACP / UKCP / BPC accredited practitioner with at least three years post qualification and substantive experience with a wide range of clients and time-limited work.
You will need assessment skills, group facilitation skills, confidence in working within a healthcare environment and with trauma, and have experience of workplace counselling and workplace issues.
Being trained as a mediator and a supervisor is an advantage.
