Own the launch of new technology into new clinical spaces and develop new markets within Philips’ HRM (Heart Rhythm Management) category, with a specific focus on the Lead Management business.

You are responsible for
Developing and owning successful product launches. Drive all marketing deliverables including business plans, pricing, positioning, promotional strategies, life cycle plans and advising on future product developments.
Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are exceeded for the assigned product line(s).
Leading and executing market development strategies to increase adoption of therapies.
Supporting overall marketing strategy and leading execution including but not limited to advertising, promotion, pricing, collateral materials, professional meetings / trade shows, market research, sales and clinician training and public relations.
Analyzing and reporting regularly on products via highly data-driven metrics.
Managing inventory tightly with high degree of monthly predictability.
Routinely communicating with the sales force regarding product updates and availability, competitive activity, sales positioning, best practices.
Managing project budgets and quickly analyze data to determine ROI on marketing programs and modify programs accordingly.
Developing comprehensive sales and physician training plans in collaboration with sales and training.
Working closely with key opinion leading physicians to maximize participation, impact of launch activities, and to drive adoption and market development.
Leading and supporting tradeshow activities.
Having global responsibility to understand and address specific market needs and dynamics.
Collaborating with global marketing colleagues, upstream marketing, training and education, and clinical research counterparts to translate activities into marketplace success.
Collecting and analyzing information on competitive product offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, regulatory, clinical and marketing status and own competitive marketing as needed.
Being a procedure, product, and customer expert.
Influencing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on customer promise and business results.

This position is poised to be part of a rapid cadence of exciting new product launches and market development initiatives.
You will have ownership of the product’s position and success in the marketplace. This ownership includes product launch planning and execution, including but not limited to market segmentation, targeting, product positioning, key messaging, pricing, profitability and campaign development for specified products within Lead Management.
In addition, the Global Downstream Product Manager drives strategies for their portfolio, and collaborates with the cross-functional product team ensuring VOC is heard.
This position must be able to communicate with all areas of the company and will interact on a regular basis with customers, QA / RA, Global Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, science, or engineering preferred. MBA preferred.
3+ years of medical device / medical product marketing experience. Experience in medical device sales or experience in the interventional or vascular space is a plus.
Experience leading or supporting : 1+ product launches, market development initiatives to drive adoption of a new technology, and tradeshows, conferences, or sales meetings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for various types of customers (physicians, administrators, nurses, etc) and internal stakeholders, with the ability to tailor the message depending on the audience.
Must have a strong ability to present polished and professional information to customers.
Must have a good understanding of the global medical environment to effectively respond to global market concerns and provide technical support for products.
Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills.
Must be able to work independently with minimal direction. Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to proactively analyze, monitor, and address market trends
Proficient software skills across all standard programs; Salesforce.com experience a plus.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary.
