This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the Field Sales team. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service that demonstrates value to your customers and growth to our business.
You will focus on managing and growing key client relationships, creating new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across our suite of online and software solutions, as well as proactively build and nurture new and existing relationships with key influential / decision makers.
This is a key role within the Field Sales team, working with law firms and public sector organisations who have long standing and significant relationships with Thomson Reuters.
Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan focusing on growth and retention strategies.
Manage key relationships to cross-sell new solutions and retain existing revenue through regular contact and face to face meetings.
Over-achievement of all sales targets.
Accurate forecasting, as well as regularly maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
Internal relationship building to drive customer satisfaction.
Present a professional image of Thomson Reuters at all times, whilst building high levels of customer satisfaction.
Uncovering client needs and developing new opportunities within assigned territory.
Strong metric & KPI driven sales responsibility
Experience and success working in an Account Management role within a targeted and KPI driven sales environment
Experience of successfully managing and building client relationships
Strong sales presentation skills; both face to face and remotely
Excellent negotiation, opportunity qualification & client needs analysis skills
Experience of managing portfolios of clients and services
Proven success in new business & retention, up selling and cross selling online and / or software products
Self-motivated & driven

Knowledge & experience of legal industry

Graduate level education is preferred
