Technical Support Manager - Testing - Integration - Payments - OperationsLooking for an experienced Technical Support Manager to come and work at one of the UK's market leading payments company's based in London.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Operations and Service Lines departments in the management and continual development of the existing Schemes (Faster Payments, BACS, ICS) and in particular the technical aspects to these Schemes.
You will identify and deliver changes to the Faster Payments, BACS, ICS and Request to Pay serviced in conjunction with the company's Design Forum and Technical Group.
In this role you will also be supporting the preparation of the necessary Test Strategy, Test Plan(s) and Test Scripts for Faster Payments, BACS, ICS and Request to Pay.
In order to be successful in this position, you MUST have the following skills / experience : Strong experience with Payments development, integration and testing.
Experience in short-term and long-range strategic planning, budgeting, systems analysis and designUnderstanding of the Financial Services Industry and the Retail Payments marketSoftware development, integration and testing experienceStakeholder engagement experienceExperience of running on demand cloud based platforms and serversEnhanced problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience of working with Agile projects as a Product OwnerIf you have the required skills and would be interested in this position, please apply for your CV to be considered.
