As Administrator in a busy team, you will provide an efficient, accurate and friendly service to our Pension Scheme Members focusing on a broad range of administrative tasks.
You will be given the necessary training to enable you to develop and progress within the organisation.

Core Duties / Responsibilities
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties : General Pensions administration and processing including payment of Pension benefits and general enquiries from Pension Scheme members Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders through various channels to ensure we are providing regular and accurate timely updates.
Identifying task and correspondence type, setting up the appropriate action to ensure we complete the task within its allocated timeframe.
Identifying & escalating any risks to Pension Scheme members and / or the business to your line manager with possible solutions to mitigate these risks / issues, including health & safety.
Providing direct or overflow support to the Customer Experience Centre (Contact Centre) across a wide range of queries as required by the business.
Undertaking quality checking & sampling and be able to give constructive feedback to your peers as required. Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the functionality, operation and application of internal systems sufficient to efficiently and effectively complete work assignments.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
Successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours : Previous experience of working in a customer service focused environment.
Previous experience of dealing effectively with challenging and concerned customers. Demonstrable experience of producing information and documents to a high standard of presentation with a high level of accuracy.
Previous experience of working effectively as part of a team. Experience of working in a fast paced office environment would be an advantage Skills Basic IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Effective planning and organisational skills. Effective numeracy and data analysing skills. Behaviours Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, develop and sustain relationships with a wide range of individuals and within groups.
Qualifications GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent, in Maths and English.
