to join our team!
Our Practice is mature and established, and enjoys a highly varied caseload encompassing all areas of small animal veterinary work.
Our surgery was purpose built in 2008 and is and equipped to enable you to do your job to the best of your ability; combined with our veterinary team’s expertise we are able to undertake both medical and surgical cases in-house to an advanced level.
For the successful applicant, this position will provide both breadth and depth of case exposure, working in a supportive environment.
Our veterinary team are highly experienced, enjoy working to high standards, and are all keen to engage with coaching a new graduate.
We have also invested heavily in building and developing a great support team, so you will be surrounded by highly competent qualified nurses, impressive student nurses, and a friendly, professional, team of receptionists.
We deliberately choose not to subscribe to the rigid framework of a prescribed new grad scheme ; our tried and tested flexible approach to your development means that you will work closely with our Practice Manager and Clinical Director to design a development journey that is individual to you and your needs, with the emphasis on you becoming a knowledgeable, competent, and confident vet, who enjoys great job satisfaction.

35 hours per week in the surgery which will include 1-in-3 weekends, plus only very light on-call duties of 1 week night every 3 weeks (following a period of development).
