Key Responsibilities :

  • Raising returns cases
  • Customer account support
  • Database management
  • Respond to and deal with courier queries
  • Customer query support as required
  • All other administration for the sales team as required
  • Helping with credit control and finance queries
  • Key Skills :

  • Excellent organisation
  • Excellent time management

  • Excellent MS Office experience and skills, particularly Excel and knowledge of Sage would be an advantage
  • Experience of order processing systems / packages such as CRM or Salesforce would be beneficial
