You will combine technical expertise with strong product knowledge and problem solving skills to engage with internal customers across Spotify to identify and understand their commerce needs, advise on appropriate solutions, and work with our product and business teams to implement these.

Much of this role involves collaborating across functional teams to bring together the right mix of people to ensure we understand and meet our customer needs.

The ideal candidate possesses superb business judgement, strong customer management skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment .

What you'll do

  • Manage relationships with our internal customer teams, guiding them through the engagement lifecycle with the Spotify Commerce teams
  • Work closely with teams across Spotify to identify their commerce platform use cases and to develop their commerce solution recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and success outcomes, and translate these requirements for the Spotify Commerce product and business teams to inform their roadmaps
  • Work cross functionally with the customer, product and business teams to manage the end to end implementation of the commerce solution, ensuring customer satisfaction across the engagement lifecycle and with the solution
  • Work with customer teams to establish key performance indicators, and help customers harness the full power of the platform to achieve value for their business
  • Serve as product advocate for the commerce platform and associated products and help provide insights to new opportunities
  • Establish a trusted, strategic advisor relationship with each customer and drive ongoing engagement to drive value from our products and services
  • Who you are

  • Proven experience working in customer-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical / Process Consultant, Customer Success and / or Product Manager
  • Experience working in e-commerce sector with a good understanding of creating platforms for multiple customers
  • Program management experience in a cross-functional environment; proven track record of delivering customer solutions
  • Experienced in advocating for customer issues or needs
  • Excellent leadership and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas to partners at all levels and in different contexts
  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of user needs, adept at gathering requirements, and defining scope
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and to drive simplification
  • Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation
  • Highly collaborative and able to work across all teams
  • Highly data-driven with commitment to drive customer engagement towards business outcome and value realization
