Hobson Prior are looking for a Brand Manager (Skincare) to join a manufacturer in Watford who are determined to reduce global infections by offering the best pioneering solutions.
As the Skincare Brand Manager, you will contribute to the delivery and execution of the marketing strategy for the organisation’s skincare disinfectant products.
Job Responsibilities :
Become an expert in the company’s skincare products.
Accountable to create market propositions for our skincare products, this includes our chlorhexidine range and hand hygiene range.
Take ownership of the brand P&L and deliver against the budget.
Collaborate with NPD and Sales to develop successful launch plans for new products.
Co-operate with relevant stakeholders, (R&D, NPD, Communications, Sales, Logistics) make sure their input is captured and their deliverables clear.
Work closely with our Creative teams to produce engaging marketing collateral that resonates with our customers and supports new brand initiatives.
Key Skills :
Able to connect positively at all levels of the business and achieve change without direct responsibility.
You are confident to present clearly and convince a broad audience on new strategic directions.
Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a scientific or medical discipline.
Previous success in developing a brand for the acute healthcare sector.
Experience of managing a launch of a new product or brand.
Digital and e-commerce experience.
