Job Details

We are looking for an experience CNC Toolmaker to come work at our manufacturing facility in Frome. The facility produces over 38 million sprinkler heads each year for a global fire suppression market.

The toolroom supply core ins, die bushes and tool dies to facilitate the production of the sprinkler heads.

What you will do

As a Toolmaker you will be responsible for the operation of the Tool Room Roeder, Sparkatron and Dugard CNC Machines.

You will be working at one of our champion manufacturing sites who are known for running a forward thinking site.

How you will do it

In this role you will be responsible for the operation and supervision of a 5 Axis CNC Mill, a CNC Lathe, Electro-Discharge Machine, Manual Mill, Lathes and Grinders.

12 hours 4 on 4 off Days and Nights Shift Pattern potentially.

What we look for

Apprenticeship level qualified with time served experience. NC / HNC or equivalent technical qualification and in-depth experience of operating and programming CNC machines.

Benching and Assembly skills are essential.

Proven Experience & Evidenced Knowledge of Operating and Programming CNC Machines

Trained and capable of using FANUC systems
