We are looking for a Customer Service Breadhead to manage our customers’ inquiries and feedback.
This is a key role in our small team; customer feedback is instrumental to our business and we are committed to helping every customer that gets in touch in an expert and timely way.
As such, you will have a direct and measurable impact on our business.
You will identify with what we do and understand our customers and their concerns.
You will be a brilliant brand ambassador, representing us all day, every day.
You will be articulate, with maturity and poise in how you express yourself.
You will be committed to delivering a top customer experience and ensuring the highest levels of service at all times.
This role would be perfect for someone looking to gain experience working for an exciting brand and growing their customer service skills.
Some prior experience of customer service for a premium brand is a plus, but not essential.
Our opening hours are 7am-6pm. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to alternate hours between 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm.
