WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
General account responsibilities include :
Manage client social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube and other relevant platforms
Create digital strategies and campaign plans for accounts
Work with creative team to produce dynamic graphics, short form assets and video content
Create content ideas that promotes audience interaction, increases audience following and encourages audience participation
Analyse reports, audience information and demographics to demonstrate key findings and recommendations for campaign optimisation
Work with CSM’s paid social media team to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
Collaborate with rights holder and sister agencies to deliver campaigns effective
General account management of suppliers, budget and client reporting
Partnership review, interpretation of measurement results and recommendations to the clients
Role specific responsibilities include :
Management of key relationships with clients, rights holder and suppliers
Create and manage social media calendars including : copy, posting guidelines, post scheduling, asset links and timelines
Assisting in creation of social media strategy for clients
Amplification of campaign assets through paid / owned / earned channels
Talent briefing and management utilising key partnership rights
Overseeing evaluation on each campaign
Stay up-to-date with social media and digital technology trends
Strive to meet client KPI’s and ensure activity is effectively measured
Thorough understanding of client budget parameters
Continually seek cost saving measures and opportunities
Pursue opportunities to grow business organically
Work across additional client programmes and activations as required
Manage team members, ensuring that tasks are being completed correctly, efficiently and timely
Promote conflict resolution amongst staff, and recommend and manage solutions
Regular interactions with Account Director to ensure client goals are managed consistently
Additional Responsibilities
Develop clear and concise internal and external presentations / reports
Demonstrate appropriate behaviours, conduct and professionalism in all inter-personal, written and verbal communications
Track time and financial expenses on a day-to-day basis
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
Agency experience is strongly preferred ideally from a digital and social media agency, with experience of running social media accounts
Excellent communication skills verbal and written is a must, together with blended experience in social media and digital marketing
The role would suit someone with a strong entrepreneurial outlook, tenacious and proactive, with a passion for sport and football specifically
Experience working on large global consumer brands with involvement in creative, content and social media is preferred
Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines
Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint
Creative thinking
Ability to anticipate problems / issues and suggest proactive resolutions to be put into place
Attention to detail and organisation critical
