An existing opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Leeds branch as a Homecare Assistant. Due to the expansion of our business we are looking to speak to committed, compassionate and caring individuals who are experienced within the industry or are considering a career in care?

As a Homecare Assistant you will support with

  • Promoting dignity and respect as well as independence and encourage Service Users well-being
  • Personal care (assisting with washing and dressing, to aiding with toileting)
  • Medication support (support and training will be provided)
  • Provide Nutrition and hydration support
  • Domestic assistance
  • Emotional and social support
  • To be successful in the role of a Homecare Assistant you will :

  • Have a keen interest in providing care to vulnerable individuals who wish to remain living at home and facilitate their own independence
  • Have empathy, a caring nature, drive and ambition - we can provide full training, mentoring, round the clock support and on-going career development
  • Comply with all policies and procedures
  • Be able to liaise with management and report back any health and well-being concerns of the Service Users
  • To work together as a team
  • Have a full UK driving licence with access to a car or Be willing to use local public transport as you'll be providing home to home care
