The Role?

Based in the Glasgow office, you will play a key role in the whole sales cycle for apprentices, from bringing on new clients, building lasting relationships and account managing, to sourcing and placing apprentices within the workplace, you will play a crucial role within the team.

Using a consultative sales approach (which we will train you on), you will contact UK business leaders about taking on apprentices, something which is a valuable sell into a company adding benefits to both employers and candidates alike.

You will be helping an apprentice get into the workplace and better their future prospects, whilst giving the client an individual who they can develop, mould and grow into their business.

You will have your own individual target which you will be rewarded against. You will be targeted on hitting / over-achieving monthly margin targets, increasing the number of buying customers in the account base, and continuously improving NPI (customer service) ratings.

The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial spirit and determination, confidence and a proven track record in account management.
