Providing a portfolio view of change management activities, plans, reporting, and outcomes. The People and Change Portfolio Manager will be an ambassador for LR Group through the delivery of successful change programmes and projects that support the achievement of LR's strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Leading the change management team and change management resources working on the Portfolio
Producing and maintaining collated Portfolio views of the change management activities, plans, reporting, and outcomes
Defining and delivering Change Management activities to enable the desired business outcomes for programmes, projects and initiatives
Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage whilst minimising resistance
Lead the development, implementation and adoption of the LR Change Management approach and supporting methodologies and tools, to align with the Change Programme strategy and Programme / Project Management Methodologies
Work with the business to create SMART & actionable deliverables for the five change management levers : stakeholder and communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Provide input to the Programme / Project planning process to ensure that Change Management is embedded within core phases and deliverables of initiatives
Evaluate and ensure user readiness whilst aligning with business readiness activities to deliver benefits on plan to the prescribed outcomes
Identify and engage with key stakeholders whilst building long-term business relationships across the organisation
Coach and help educate the organization and internal stakeholders on the value of Change Management and how to successfully fulfil business change roles
Provide change management support to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
Responsible for the change management deliverables that adhere to industry and LR best-practise
Responsible for maintaining professional expertise and expert knowledge of evolving methods and approaches relevant to the field of Change Management
Eliminate or minimise employee's exposure to risks by reviewing, regularly, the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessment and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LR activities
Manage your own and your team's compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely
Monitor and review health and safety performance, observe safety behaviours in the workplace, taking appropriate corrective and preventative action as necessary and suggesting and implementing improvement activities
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements :
Experience of setting up and leading change management teams
Experience of working within and across large or complex global transformational change programmes, to provide holistic views and manage inter-dependencies
Experience of scoping, sourcing and managing change management activities and resources required on major programmes
Experience of using best practice change management, organisation design and communication principles, methodologies, tools and techniques
Professional change management accreditation and / or qualifications and experience in the application thereof
Proven track record of successful engagement with and management of stakeholders at all levels, good negotiating skills, and excellent influencing skills
Experience with producing quality change management plans that have been successfully delivered
Familiarity with programme and project management approaches, tools and lifecycle phases
Results-oriented and customer focused, whilst ensuring all affected teams are equally engaged and aware of requirements, activities and behaviours in enough time to meet them
Forward looking with a holistic approach and the ability to influence others in transitioning towards a common vision or goal
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships whilst working effectively at all levels in an organisation
