As a Streaming Analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of improving the streaming experience of our customers across Europe.
You will join the Group TV Platform, and be part of the Streaming Team.
Support the team to investigate root causes of streaming issues such as buffering and playback issues on Sky Go, Sky Q, Sky Ticket, NOW TV, and Sky Sports.
Act as an interface between Client Teams to ensure KPI metrics are being reported correctly across the Sky Group.
Escalate suboptimal KPIs to the relevant teams for further investigations and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Engage the Analytical and Insights team to design the best approach to reporting the streaming KPIs.
Collate and document KPI reporting.
Customer focus, and a strong passion for streaming videos.
A passion for delivering customer value, television, and continuous learning and development.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or related field.
Strong technical skills in data analysis.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Previous experience in the Pay TV or OTT space with an end-to-end knowledge of the streaming ecosystem preferred.
