What You Can Expect

  • Gather, validate, compile and analyze relevant data from a variety of data sources across the client organization
  • Conduct material group and procurement market analyses
  • Assess procurement functions, processes and practices and help transform the organization
  • Develop sourcing strategies
  • Manage and drive the process of category strategy development and sourcing in collaboration with client team members and business stakeholders
  • Engage with suppliers and support clients in preparing supplier negotiations
  • Train client procurement professionals
  • Create and deliver presentations of work as well as final recommendations
  • What We Seek

  • Relevant professional experience (min. 1 year), preferably as a procurement consultant or as a procurement professional
  • Top academic results from university
  • Preferably a capability spike in one or several areas e.g. deep category expertise, game theory, sourcing tools, design-
  • for-value, (not exhaustive)

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills as well as analytical capabilities
  • Team spirit, strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to an intellectually challenging but rewarding job
  • What We Offer

    You can expect project assignments in the UK but also in international locations working in diverse and dynamic teams both internally and at clients’ sites.

    We support you to rapidly enhance your skills with constant exposure to new industries and projects. Extensive training and career development opportunities are offered in our national and international offices.

    We are typically based at our clients’ sites Monday to Thursday therefore depending on the location this may involve up to 80% travel.
