THG Is looking to recruit a Business Resilience Partner to support and advise on Risk and Resilience. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting the design, delivery and management of policies and processes for ERM & BCM across all our global operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the Risk & Resilience team in driving Business Resilience across the group; focusing on structure, education and preparedness.
  • Support the running of Business Resilience exercise schedules, ensuring all parts of the business are compliant with the Group Risk & Resilience policy.
  • Manage divisional RA, BIA and BCPs.
  • Work with all Risk Partners and BCP Owners to ensure they continually improve BIA and BCPs.
  • Build partnerships and work collaboratively across all business functions.
  • Support the delivery of BC accreditation across our global infrastructure.
  • Degree level in an Organisational Resilience related field (and or relevant proven experience in delivery).
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Lifecycle and Processes including planning and running BC exercises.
  • Knowledge of ISO22301
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical, research and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written in English.
  • Confident when presenting to groups of people at differing management levels.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with a keen attention to detail and a can-do flexible attitude.

  • Degree level qualification in an Organisational Resilience related field (and or relevant proven experience in delivery).
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Lifecycle and Processes including planning and running BC exercises.
  • Knowledge of ISO22301
